Returns policy for online sales
In compliance with EU regulations you have the right to cancel your order (unless the goods have been customised) within seven days of receipt of the goods providing the goods are returned to us in their original condition within 14 days of purchase.

In the event that you cancel an order under the terms of this Returns Policy, you will be responsible for paying all shipping costs involved.

In any other circumstances we will only accept cancelled orders, at our sole discretion. In the event that we accept an order cancellation, your account will be credited with the appropriate sum less a 25% handling charge.
